A Los Angeles native, Alexis’ multidisciplinary career began as a commercial production office PA.
 After rotating between freelance staff positions and moving up in the ranks over the years, she began producing branded content, music videos and commercials for a variety of companies such as Caviar, Radical, Green Point, Smuggler, RSA, Bullitt and Unit9.

She spent over three years as Head of Production at Imposter (Caviar’s non union solution), throughout a re-brand which she helped facilitate and grow. That was followed by 3 years as an Executive Producer at Stept Studios. The breadth of experience she has gained amongst many different levels and styles of companies has led her back to this passionate vision. Bandini is her solution to a company/collective that is the right fit creatively and structurally for her colleagues, partners and friends.

Born and raised in Montana, Sam spent his childhood in the mountains. Compelled by a desire to make snowboard videos of his friends- Sam figured out how to use a camera.


 Starting out in film & photography, Sam cut his teeth photographing and filming skiing, snowboarding, biking, and skateboarding. Ultimately, his DIY education and productions developed into a formal education and professional career.

With an acute sense for creating striking imagery and visual storytelling, Sam has translated the skills and sensibilities he developed in documenting the action sports world into a commercial career with clients such as Nike, Arri, Universal Music Group, Chase Bank, Burger King, Capitol Records, and Reebok, as well as featured in publications such as: Artforum, The New York Times, Hypebeast, Frieze, Complex, Gagsosian, GQ, and Rolling Stone.

Sam Currently lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.

Maegan Houang

Maegan Houang is a writer & director who’s work focuses on the complexity of the Asian-American experience, intergenerational trauma, and her own experience living as a mixed-race American.
Currently a co-producer on The Sympathizer (HBO), Maegan previously served as a story editor on Shögun (FX), and a staff writer on Counterpart (Starz). She also co-wrote Lamojaya directed by Justin Chon (Blue Bayou, Gook), and is currently writing Nekrokosm (A24) for director Panos Cosmatos (Mandy). In 2018, she received a VSCO Voices Creator Grant to direct In Full Bloom starring Kieu Chinh (The Joy Luck Club). She recently directed two episodes of the WA Award winning show Three Busy Debras (Adult Swim/HBO Max). Maegan’s new short film Astonishing Little Feet, is currently on the festival circuit.

Maegan has also directed music videos for artists such as Mitski, Vagabon, Charly Bliss, and Hana Vu.
